Denver Magazine October Issue

With its October food issue, Denver Magazine is proud to introduce its inaugural Denver Chef of the Year Awards. Through a long and painstaking process, we selected 20 finalists in five categories — chef of the year, rising star, specialty chef, pastry chef, and mixologist. You can read about them and the chosen winners in this issue.

We also take you into the depths of the DU library to one of the largest and most eclectic cookbook collections in the country, and we introduce you to 100 things you must try when you are out to eat in the city. You can read about Denver’s oldest cemetery and its caretakers’ struggles to maintain its beauty without access to irrigation. We also spend time with some of the area’s top paranormal investigators and learn about their approach to a controversial business. There’s lots more, so get a copy today!
