Golden Triangle 12 Eclectic Days of Christmas
This neighborhood’s 52 merchants will come together to host this progressive yet traditional event for holiday shoppers with promotions, parties, savings, and other seasonal offerings. The 12 Eclectic Days of Christmas will encourage and inspire shoppers to get back to basics and find local and inspired ways to give and receive during the holidays. All 12 days are themed by a corresponding lyric from the song “The Twelve Days of Christmas.” Located between Lincoln, Colfax, and Speer, the neighborhood represents a diverse group of merchants, professional services, restaurants, galleries, housing, and development opportunities. Vail Snow Daze
Mark the start of your ski season with one of the largest mountain kick-off events in the country. Now in its fourth year, Vail Snow Daze is better than ever with a jam-packed week of on-mountain events and in-town happenings. The event offers everything from contests, parties, and giveaways to on-mountain events and free concerts. This year’s performers include Barenaked Ladies, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Yukon Kornelius, and Eve 6. A $10 entry donation at the Barenaked Ladies concert is encouraged with all proceeds benefiting environmental nonprofit Reverb and Vail Breast Cancer Awareness Group. The Yukon Kornelius concert, though free, is a ticketed show with tickets distributed through various music fan clubs, Bud Light, and Vail Resorts’ media outlets. Tickets will not be available for sale.

Christmas for Kids
A shopping spree is every child’s dream, and the Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation makes it happen with its Christmas for Kids fundraiser. Now in its 19th year, this event provides underprivileged Denver-area children the opportunity to experience holiday gift sharing, which they otherwise wouldn’t be able to have. The actual event for the kids is Saturday, December 12, but help the foundation kick off the shopping spree with a celebration to raise additional funds. Ticket price includes complimentary appetizers, cocktails, DJ, and a small silent auction. If you can’t make it to the kick-off party, you can still make a donation online or by calling 303.832.8390.
